Merger control thresholds decide whether a deal has to be notified at all, and they change often. This atlas is a reference layer for them: each country page states the current tests, the date they took effect and what they replaced, and every figure links to the official text it comes from.
It is a pilot. Two reference pages are live; more will follow only where there is demand.
Reference information, not legal advice; confirm with counsel before relying on a figure.

How the figures are published
- Primary text first. A figure is read in the statute, communiqué or regulator publication itself. Law firm summaries and news items are not sources for a figure.
- Two-key rule. A figure is published only if it also matches a certified fact in AEDILE®'s own research database and the official URL has been read. If the two disagree, neither is published until the difference is resolved.
- Dated. Each page shows the date it was last checked against the official text, and each figure carries its own check date, effective date, source link and article reference.
- Links and paraphrase. The pages summarise the official texts in their own words and link to them; they do not reproduce them at length.
What "certified" means here
AEDILE®'s internal research database holds current-law facts for 67 jurisdictions (see the platform FAQ). A fact counts as certified when it is stored with its legal basis, an official source URL and a verification record against that source. The atlas pilot publishes only the subset that also passed the read-the-primary-text step above; it is not a statement that every jurisdiction in the database has a page here.
